Project Elements: 

George & Associates provided civil engineering services including owner coordination, development of 100% construction documents and permitting.  Careful planning was required because the SWMF was designed to double as an aquatic farm for raising tilapia and catfish, and for irrigation of several large crop areas. Design challenges included evaluation of environmental considerations, expansion of existing facilities and associated infrastructures, and drainage design in areas of high ground water.
