Project Elements: 

G&A was responsible for providing general civil engineering services including developing site, grading, drainage & utility plans relating to Phase II as well as all permitting pertaining to site improvements. G&A also performed site inspections for utility approvals and sedimentation and erosion control evaluations for environmental conformance and clearance.
