Project Elements: 

George and Associates was  initially tasked to review site ADA compliance issues. Subsequently, the historical renovation of Sampson and Young Halls led to the retrofit of most of the storm drains serving the buildings and surrounding areas, along with improvements to pedestrian paths and relocation of utilities serving the buildings. Construction drawings were developed, with careful attention given to pedestrian traffic flow, aesthetics and ADA codes.  G&A additionally provided site inspection services during construction to ensure conformance with the design intent.
