Project Elements: 

G&A was responsible for the civil design elements for the expansion of the existing office/warehouse Building “D”, to provide much-needed office/warehouse space for the entire complex. The Apalachee Center for Human Services has continuously been developing the site in order to provide medical care for the increasing number of Leon and surrounding counties’ residents. The project also included the construction of approximately 9,434 SF of associated sidewalks and 36,054 SF vehicular use area. A total of 218 parking spaces were added. Also, a Type “A” site plan and environmental permitting were required from the City of Tallahassee.
