Project Elements: 

G&A was responsible for the site design and approval of a Development Order to construct a 7720 SF vocational educational facility in Quincy, Florida for Tallahassee Community College. This facility, located in downtown Quincy, serves as a showcase of TCC‘s outreach beyond Tallahassee City limits. The design included grading and stormwater management, extension of a potable water supply, sanitary sewage disposal, and natural gas connection. All permits for this project were obtained ahead of schedule to expedite the bidding and construction process.
