Project Elements: 

G&A assisted the Taylor County School Board with the design of the Taylor Elementary School. Our services included assisting with Comp Plan Amendment, Land Use Planning, Development of Site Plan, Grading Plan, Drainage Plan and Permitting Services with the Suwannee River Water Management District, US Game and Fish Commission and the City of Perry. With respect to grading and drainage, G&A also completed hydraulic models and a “Zero Rise” study to verify to the authorities having jurisdiction that there would be no change in the flood way, as defined on the FEMA Maps in this area. Additional volume was added to the storm water facilities to account for any displacement due to the grading activities.
