Project Elements: 

G&A provided civil engineering services for the new 10.6-acre fuel transport facility. The project includes 400,000 gallons of fuel storage, truck refueling stations, and covered parking for trucks not in use. Additionally, the project features offices, maintenance bays, and a truck wash area.

The property shares an adjacent access entrance with existing commercial businesses. Special care was taken as not to impact existing utilities within the shared easement. G&A coordinated permitting with Madison County, SRWMD for ERP & NPDES, FDOT for Drainage Connection Permit and D.O.H. for OTSDS Wastewater Permit.

G&A design elements included grading/drainage analysis and design, stormwater management system analysis and design, and coordination of water management district permitting.
