Project Elements: 

G&A attended numerous school board meetings to aid the Citrus County School Board in selecting the right site layout scheme. Developed design & construction documents for site plan, sedimentation & erosion plan, utility plan, grading & drainage plan and roadway improvement plan. Worked with local authorities with regard to regional stormwater systems & utilities. Secured permits for site development from all local & state jurisdictional agencies. Performed site inspections for substantial & final completion.
