Project Elements: 

George and Associates provided design and permitting services for the Belle Terre Elementary school for the Flagler County School Board. G&A coordinated traffic and environmental studies, and designed utilities, stormwater management facilities, and turn lanes for the project. A wet-detention stormwater management facility with a surface area of just over 12 acres was provided for the development of the 77 acre project site.  In conjunction with the SWMF design, G&A designed the on-site drainage collection system and successfully negotiated a permit exemption with the Army Corps of Engineers.
