Project Elements: 

G&A provided civil design for this 3R project for the Florida Department of Transportation. The project resurfaced SR 10 (US-90) for approximately 2.5 miles in Santa Rosa County. Resurfacing included existing travel lanes, auxiliary lanes, median crossovers, and paved shoulders. Within the project limits were seven fully actuated signalized intersections and two existing bridges.

G&A also designed new sidewalk to run alongside the majority of the project, along with associated curb ramps and drainage improvements. An ADA Report was compiled, evaluating all existing sidewalks and pedestrian features within the project limits, and numerous ADA corrections were made throughout the corridor.

Additional Tasks included: resurfacing the FDOT Park-N-Ride parking lot, median modifications that constructed a left turn lane at an existing median opening, and driveway connections at isolated locations where sidewalk was constructed.
