G&A’s role in the Madison Hospital project was primarily all general and typical civil engineering issues. However, the site for the hospital project offered several unique obstacles that G&A used to create both cost savings and site enhancement features. Existing, very large depression/hole was used as a stormwater retention facility in an effort to decrease earth work cost. The use of retaining walls was used to lessen fill volumes and to be used in-lieu of Hospital vertical signage. G&A was also responsible for permitting, site inspection, and will assist in project close out documents.
