Project Elements: 

George & Associates provided land use planning, civil engineering, compliance with handicap accessibility criteria and environmental permitting services for Phase II of the Legislative Library Complex project, located on the “South Core” of the campus. Additionally, G&A provided civil engineering services for Phase III of the project, which consisted of the development of a 35,000 square foot building addition, sidewalks, and pedestrian corridors. Services included drainage analysis, design and permitting.
