Project Elements: 

G&A assisted Florida State University with the permitting of the 12th Hole Water Hazard on the Seminole Golf Course. G&A provided constructed documents for a grassed overflow weir that would discharge stormwater runoff once the water hazard reached its normal pool elevation. Our office permitted the overflow weir and provided the necessary documentation to the City of Tallahassee to demonstrate that the proposed site improvements did not displace any existing storage volume within the one-hundred year flood plain.
