George & Associates provided civil and environmental engineering for proposed 140-bed jail and administration facility. Tasks included providing grading, drainage, site planning, off-site water and sewer extensions and assisting with obtaining site plan approval and environmental permitting as well as permitting with the US Soil Conservation office.
